Welcome to Meditating Space

Welcome to Meditating Space – an online space for those who are interested in meditation. We teach an approach called Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation, an approach developed by Ian Gawler and Paul Bedson from the Yarra Valley Living Centre in Victoria, Australia. We offer online meditation courses for everyone from total beginners to experienced meditators. You’re welcome to have a look through our page and we hope you find something of interest!
